I was told they would deliver it to me in 48h after it passed inspection. I decided to purchase the car (in cash) and still took me 4 hours to go through all the paperwork. I was told used cars go through a rigorous inspection and they would correct the issues found. I test drove it and immediately felt a vibration but figured a balancing/alignment would fix it. Seems they had just arrived and not even washed yet. I saw the car I purchased as available online and called to make an appointment to go see it. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I will not be buying the car anymore and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will take the vehicle some where else from now on.

It's been a week and I'm still waiting for someone to reach out to me. The MGR kept on saying that it's the wheels the issue, finally he suggested for me to bring the original wheels and he would put them on to see if the vibration goes away, he said someone would text me to setup an appt. I contacted the dealer again they said I have to remove the wheels and have the original ones installed before they can see the vehicle again.

The vehicle has been excellent except for 2 times that the battery had to be replace (on a new vehicle lol) anyways recently I felt a vibration when driving specially when pressing the gas pedal, I was under the impression the tires needed to be balanced so I took it to tires plus but it did fixed the issue, I took it to the dealer and they said the couldn't find anything wrong and that it's probably the wheels but the would not rotate, balance or do anything to the tires because I put aftermarket wheels on the vehicle, they suggested to take it back to tires plus, I did and they rebalanced and rorated the tires but they said the issue is not the wheels. I'm leasing a Ford Explorer from this dealership with an option to buy, I have less than a yr left on my lease. I'm very disappointed and upset that their 'miscommunication' cost me $1200! This was not my fault the advisor was unable to distinguish $189 and $1089.

When it got even worse I was informed that they didn't have the part to make the recall and that I had: gone there with 2 cars, mine to leave there to make the recall and my son's car that went along to bring me back, walking 46 minutes away from my house, that is, 46 minutes of gasoline, time wasted, all this done for nothing, because the service could not be done, because they were not responsible and neither professional, I just wasted time and money! All they had to do was verify that they didn't have the part and didn't make the appointment, or even, knowing in advance that they had such an appointment for a recall and that they didn't have the part, they could have called, sent a text message, or any kind of notice for us not to have had all this work, but they care about the customers? Of course not, you are just one more among thousands, you are not important. They filled out a form and asked me to wait to be called, which only happened at 8:20AM. I went to the dealership arriving there at 7:45AM, 23 min of traffic from my residence. They did the appointment and confirmed by email with 3 confirmation emails, everything scheduled for the 19th at 8:00AM. Run away from that place!!! I made an appointment 3 days in advance to get a recall from ford.
